Pop Up Pansy Card

A Pop Up Pansy Card is a great way to welcome spring! This patch of pansies bloom when the card is opened. See below for the instruction video!

This Pansy stamp and die set quickly become one of my favorites as I created lots of projects with it, but I also wanted to showcase the flowers in a special way! This style of card is exceptionally good at making your feature stand out!

Whether die-cut from the coordinating designer series paper, using the dies for intricate flowers (like the center pansy), or stamping with my favorite colors and cutting them out, these flowers bloom and pop up when the card is opened!

This style of card is great for a lot of different stamps and papers, so I hope you give it a try. For the instructions of this pop up pansy card, watch the short video below.

Previously, I’ve created one with slightly different items (including a butterfly!), so also check out this tutorial with written instructions.

Keeping the front of the card simple when the center pops up is a good design tip. This first allows your center to be the feature of your project and, secondly, keeps the number of layers (and thickness) to a minimum so your card can still be sent in the mail.
